Notice of Annual General Meeting

PAGE members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.

Agenda:

  1. Read and confirm minutes from previous A.G.M.
  2. Deal with any correspondence received and addressed to the A.G.M.
  3. Coordinator to present annual report.
  4. Coordinator to present the financial report.
  5. Coordinator to declare all positions vacant and hand over to the Returning Officer.
  6. Nominations for all positions taken and duly elected.

When: Saturday 3rd October 2009
Where: CWA Hall, Memorial Ave Eumundi
Time: 4pm    – 5pm

Save Eumundi Team is a group of people who are keen to see our environment protected and insisting that the Queensland State Government and its agencies (like Powerlink) consider viable alternatives rather than the business as usual approach to electricity generation and transmission.
