Draft EIS Release Date – 27 March

There is still time to request a hard copy if necessary and you will need to contact Powerlink directly.
Save Eumundi Team is a group of people who are keen to see our environment protected and insisting that the Queensland State Government and its agencies (like Powerlink) consider viable alternatives rather than the business as usual approach to electricity generation and transmission.

Why indirectly? Surely if Powerlink knew the release date they would have advised the community or at least advised PAGE so they could advise the community. This continues the poor ‘consultation’ that this community experience from Powerlink.
I agree. They seem to dismiss our concerns as trivial and we are certainly being kept in the dark.
