Cooroy Christmas Parade
By Save Eumundi Team • Dec 1st, 2008 • Category: NewsWe need you to show your support for PAGE by participating in the Christmas in Cooroy Street Parade on Saturday 6th Dec, at 4:00pm.
PAGE is entering a float and we require as many people as possible to walk alongside the float to demonstrate to the community the wide public support for our cause. Let?s display a united front and community spirit at this festive Christmas celebration!
Participants are required to assemble at the vacant land adjacent to the Pony Club (behind the Cooroy Rag and Car Club) and accessed by Mary River Road, between 3:00pm and 3:45pm at the latest.
The parade will start at 4.00pm sharp and will turn left into Maple Street and continue up to the roundabout near the Victory Hotel and back to the starting point.
Please wear white Tshirts/tops and black shorts/trousers/skirt.
PAGE will also have a raffle stall at the Xmas in Cooroy festivities, and we require volunteers to help sell raffle tickets for our new fabulous Tool raffle and Discovery Everglades Tour.

Save Eumundi Team is a group of people who are keen to see our environment protected and insisting that the Queensland State Government and its agencies (like Powerlink) consider viable alternatives rather than the business as usual approach to electricity generation and transmission.
